The Seneschal can usually be trusted to be one of the first people down in the hall for breakfasts and suppers. Lunch is hit and miss; if is is involved in a project, he will sometimes neglect the hour. So either very early in the morning, or late in the evening. If you like, I might run interference for you. Check in, you see, to be certain he isn't there when you intend to drop it off. And if he is, then I can always beg him to accompany me on some important task that threatens to be disastrous without his supervision.
